Best Price Guarantee
We are committed to offering you the best available rate for your chosen hotel. If you find the same room, for the same dates, with the same cancellation policy, at a lower price on another website within 24 hours of booking with us, please contact our support team with the competing price evidence. We will review the claim and, if validated, match the price or refund the difference. The Best Price Guarantee applies to like-for-like bookings (same hotel, room type, dates, number of guests, and cancellation policy) and excludes opaque booking platforms, corporate rates, loyalty member rates, and rates requiring a specific membership.
Promo Code Terms
Promotional / discount codes distributed via email, social media, or partners follow these rules:
